Denner Vineyard

Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon

My Favorite Neighbor from Denner Vineyard is a delightful Cabernet Sauvignon that beautifully captures the essence of its Paso Robles origin. This red wine is full-bodied, offering a robust yet smooth mouthfeel that lingers pleasantly on the palate. With pronounced acidity, it showcases a bright freshness that balances its richness perfectly. The fruit intensity is prominent, revealing luscious notes of blackcurrant, plum, and hints of dark cherry that dance harmoniously together. Tannins in this wine are notable, providing a firm structure that complements the fruit while offering a gratifying grip. As a dry wine, it invites thoughtful sips and pairs wonderfully with hearty dishes, making it an excellent choice for any gathering or quiet evening at home.

Central Coast

California's Central Coast might be a bit quieter than Napa or Sonoma to the north, but this lesser-known region produces many world-class wines. Enjoying incredible terroir along its vast 280-mile stretch—from San Francisco Bay to Santa Barbara—Central Coast wines are increasingly in demand. Its position between the Pacific Coast Ranges and the Southern Coast Ranges is key to its quality, with many cool-climate AVAs offering elegant Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah and Merlot. In the hotter parts of the Central Coast, away from the coastal fogs and cold mountain slopes, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre are exceptional.
